Consulting is available on general management issues such as organizational design, human resource requirements planning using the Job Trees® system, employee empowerment, workflow and productivity issues, performance appraisal, evaluation of training program effectiveness, and other topics. No charge for initial consultations, and all projects are custom designed to meet the clients’ needs.

Training programs will be professionally developed based on identified differences between organizational requirements and employee knowledge and skills. A partial list of subject areas which can be provided includes:                                                                                    


· Train the trainer: How to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate organizational training.

· Writing Skills: How to reduce the time required to write and revise materials, use effective graphic support, and improve communication effectiveness.

· Proposal development: How to create effective proposals for internal or external use.

· Time Management: How to make better use of managerial and employee time.

· General Supervision: Any of the knowledge and skills required of first line supervisors.


Computer programming & systems design is available on a limited scale to meet specific, unique organizational needs and in support of any consulting recommendations.
