T+D Magazine Article

I was pleased to be asked to do a feature article for ASTD’s publication, T+D. The magazine is delivered to about 70,000 people in the workplace learning and performance field each month. The request came out of my May, 2011 presentation at ASTD’s International Conference and Exposition in Chicago. While attendance at the 7:00 a.m. program was only about two dozen people, I also participated in the Higher Education interest group meeting and met a number of great folks who are trying to bring together the worlds of organizational training and higher education.
